What is Kendrix POS?
Kendrix POS is point-of-sale software for restaurants, markets, clinics and quick sales, built and supported in Pristina by Kendrix Tech L.L.C.. It is Electronic Fiscal Software (SEF) certified by ATK — SEF no. 812113983327 — so every receipt is fiscalized by itself, with a QR code, even offline.
Does Kendrix POS replace the fiscal cash register?
No. Kendrix POS is Electronic Fiscal Software (SEF) certified by ATK (SEF no. 812113983327): fiscalization happens inside the program and the receipt prints on an ordinary receipt printer, with no extra fiscal device.
Is there free POS software?
A free program only helps if it is an ATK-certified SEF — without certification, the receipt it prints is not a fiscal receipt. Kendrix POS is not free, but the demonstration is free, on site or remote, and the mobile app for iPhone and iPad comes free with the sales package.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the mode of work, the number of tills and the equipment you already have. You get a quote by phone within the day on +383 44 205 994; updates during the year and phone support are part of the package.
Do you only work in Pristina?
No. The office is in Pristina, but installation is on site anywhere in Kosovo — Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Gjilan and beyond — while support is by phone and remote.
Do you also have accounting software?
Yes. Kendrix ONE is accounting software wired to the POS: fiscal receipts, purchases and cash land in the books by themselves, and the sales book, purchase book and VAT return export in ATK’s Excel formats.
