We arrive with the system ready and you see it with your own items: the sale, the QR fiscal receipt and the reports. The demonstration is free; it can also be done remotely.

We install the program and printers, set up items and staff, and train the team on site. The licence is activated by phone within minutes.

Do you come to the venue in Pristina for a demonstration?

Does Kendrix POS replace the fiscal cash register?
No. Kendrix POS is Electronic Fiscal Software (SEF) certified by ATK (SEF no. 812113983327): fiscalization happens inside the program and the receipt prints on an ordinary receipt printer, with no extra fiscal device.
How long does installation take?
Usually within the day. The installer configures itself, the licence is activated by phone within minutes and the setup wizard walks you through items, staff and printers. Installation is on site, anywhere in Kosovo.
Do you work outside Pristina too?
Yes. Installation is on site anywhere in Kosovo — Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Gjilan and beyond — while support is by phone and remote.
