The questions we hear most
Is the mobile app paid separately?
No. The Kendrix POS mobile app is a free download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and comes at no charge with the sales package. It talks directly to POS Desktop.
Does it issue fiscal receipts from the phone?
Yes. Sale, return, cancellation, copy and sending by email are all done from the phone, and every receipt carries its NUIKF and a verification QR code.
Do I have to enter the items on the phone too?
No. Products and prices come from your POS by themselves. The operator signs in with a PIN and immediately sees the connection status with the server.
Does it work with tables?
Yes. In restaurant mode the waiter opens the table, adds the order and closes it with payment — cash, card or voucher, with discounts and split payment — without walking back to the till.
